A Message from the President

I would like to take this opportunity to introduce our company, JBJ Products and Machinery to you. We are builders of Standard and Custom Machinery for the blow molded plastics industry. We manufacture automatic PLC controlled machines as well as manually operated machines for removing flash, drilling, reaming, milling, flycutting and guillotine of blow molded plastic containers.

Many of the containers that are being designed and developed today are unique and different from containers of the past. We realize that the old methods of finishing containers are not always the best. We also understand that labor can be expensive and that sometimes your process speeds do not allow the bottleneck of manually finishing your containers. For this reason, we specialize in the design and development of automatic and semi-automatic machines to enhance your downstream operations.

We will work with you to develop the most practical, cost effective process for finishing your product.

If your needs include a complete project including trimming as well as molds, we work closely with our affiliate company MC Molds on many projects. They have extensive experience in the design and build of extrusion blow molds and associated tooling. We also work with the major blow molding machine manufacturers on mutual projects as well.
